It’s time for my April 2018 Monthly Meal Plan! My monthly meal plans include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas for every day in the month! Although it’s technically spring here, Colorado seems have decided to do winter now. So it’s a crazy mix of snow and warm days.

We’re also in the homestretch of our homeschool year. Just two months left and we’ll be on summer break! That’s exciting, and also means that I’m starting to dwindle down in exuberance and energy! So having a food plan is definitely helpful knowing that I don’t have to worry about meals. I hope it helps you too!

I like to shop once a week, so I just make a list off of my menu plan and head to the store. I find that I spend less when I shop off of a list, then flying by the seat of my pants. I also end up with ingredients that will actually go together instead of a bunch of random items that don’t amount to anything.
