Your health is very important as a student.  Being absent because you are sick will reflect to your grades. When you are sick you find hard to come up with the lesson and quizzes at your class. So here’s some tips for you to be healthy as a student and achieve high grades.

Drink water
Make sure to keep hydrated as you go through your day by bringing water with you.  Drinking enough water can help boost your concentration as well as keep you from overeating.

Eat fruits and veggies
Incorporate at least a few of them into your diet each day. Eating veggies and fruits will boost your immune system and memory.

Don’t skip meals
Try to eat not just for your stomach but also for your brain. Set up foods you can eat on the run so you’ll have the energy to keep going.

Take vitamins
Try taking
some multi-vitamins to stay healthy and illness free.

Limit sugary and caffeinated beverages
This beverages can help fatten you up and have a detrimental effect on your overall health. You can scale back the foods you eat in order to keep yourself in tip top shape.

Don’t fight stress by eating
Eating won’t help your stress go away, so avoid filling up on snacks. Try working out or taking a break instead.

ollege students are known for their partying and they consume a lot amount of calories when drinking a beer. Remember your education is useless if you have poor health. Try to drink in moderation and you can have a good time without hurting your health.
